GM-96 tissue & cell genomic DNA kit provides a rapid, simple and effective approach to isolate the genomic DNA from various animal tissues, cultured cells and bacteria. The procedure processes using both vacuum-driven transfer and centrifugation, and yields 6 to 16 ug genomic DNA from 10 mg of tissue for each well.
Application
Purification genomic DNA is suitable for use in subsequent applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR, Southern blot, DNA hybridization, DNA sequencing, restriction digestion and cloning.
