Tini Spin Columns for RNA (elution volume: 5-30 micro L, or more)

Application: RNA isolation (10 ng - 20 micro g RNA) from small amount of cultured cells, tissues, or LCM samples; RNA clean up or concentration for samples of low concentration.

Note: Identical buffers and reagents are used for both Tini Spin columns and Mini Spin columns. However, Tini Spin columns use only 1/3 or 1/4 of each solution as compared to those for Mini Spin columns.
