Description: 
Recombinant type 5 adenovirus with E1/E3 deletion and scramble shRNA under U6 promoter. GFP expression is driven by a CMV promoter as reporter. The virual structure is like "ITR-U6-shRNA(scramble)-CMV-GFP-PolyA-ITR".  This product is used in the gene knockdown experiments as a control in cultured cells and animal experiments.

Titer: 1x10¹⁰~1x10¹¹ PFU/ml
