Polyclonal antibody

1. Preparation of Antigen：Please provide 3∼5mg pure protein or 5∼10mg peptide for Immunization.
2. Immunization: Two rabbits are immunized for 4∼5 times.
3. Working day: The total length of time is approximately 60∼80 days.
4. Guarantees: We guarantee to deliver polyclonal antibodies with ELISA titer of 1: 30,000 or you may select Western-guaranteed antibody service.
5. Package includes: Two rabbits, pre-immune bleed, 4 immunizations and final bleed.
6. Optional Service: Antigen affinity purification, Protein A/G purification. Final antibody (AP/HRP/FITC/Beads) conjugation.Lyophilization.
7. We also provides polyclonal antibody service in mouse, rat, or other species.

Monoclonal antibody

1. Preparation of Antigen：Please provide 3∼5mg pure protein or 15mg peptide Purity>85% for Immunization.
2. Immunization: Five mouses are immunized for 4∼5 times.
3. Working day: About six months.
4. Guarantees: We guarantee to deliver two positive clones with ELISA titer of 1: 30,000 or you can choice our Western blot results guarantees.
5. Package includes: Immunization and ELISA screening data report, 2 positive hybridoma clones. Two vials of culture supernatant (5ml).
