A)  DNA Even Ladders

DNA Even Ladders are uniquely designed and precisely engineered for fast sizing and quantification of DNA on gels. At 5 ml per loading. All DNA fragment in the Even Ladder contains precisely 50 ng DNA with the exception of the middle fragment. For easy reference, the middle DNA fragment is designed to contain 100 ng DNA. Even Ladders allow users to estimate the concentrations of DNA fragments on gels faster and easier without the need for a reference sheet. No more frustration and time wasting on figuring out the concentrations of each DNA fragments in DNA Ladders.
EZ DNA Even Ladder Set contains four individual DNA Even Ladders. 100 base pair, 200 base pair, 500 base pair and 1000 base pair. All DNA fragment contain 50 ng per band at 5 ml per loading. All DNA fragments are precisely 100 bp, 200 bp, 500 bp or 1000 bp apart. EZ DNA Even Ladders are supplied in ready to use format.

B) Novel Juice ------ non-hazardous alternative to Ethidum Bromide 

Novel Juice -non-mutagenic fluorescent reagent that produces instant visualization of DNA bands upon Blue Light or UV illumination of agarose gels. Supplied in 6X DNA Loading Buffer. Novel Juice is used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. Novel Juice is the most sensitive stain available for detecting the double-strandad DNA. It contains three tracking dyes (Bromophenol Blue, Xylene Cyanol FF, and Orange G) for visually tracking the DNA migration during the electrophoresis process. It is a ideal for the environment requiring a safe non-hazardous alternative to Ethidum Bromide.

C) PCR Clean-Up Kit

PCR Clean-Up Kit is a silIca membrane based spin column format kit for purifying DNA fragments from PCR and other enzymatic reactions. All the Master Mixes are in the 2X format. The One-Shot™ PCR Kit simplifies the process to determine optimal conditions for each unique combination of template and primers, and works well for regular PCR and special PCRs; such as long PCR, high GC PCR and PCR with low abundant templates. Once the optimal conditions are determined, individual Master Mixes can be used for future experiments. MaestroNano, a micro-volume spectrophotometer, is suitable for research use only. The main function of MaestroNano is the concentration measurement from two micro liter nucleic acid or protein solution. Nucleic acid means double-stranded nucleic acid (dsDNA), single-stranded nucleic acid (ssDNA), and ribonucleic acid (RNA). MaestroNano has an embedded system, and there are ONLY three buttons as user interface.
