Description: This ready-to-used (RTU) product is designed to be used after completion of immunohistochemical staining. The staining color will be light blue in nuclei.

1. RTU hematoxylin solution 15ml .2 

2. RTU Bluing Solution 15ml.2

Store at room temperature. 

Application 

Immunohistochemistry: Tested 

Recommended Assay Procedure for Immunohistochemistry: 

1. Before counterstain, rinse in distilled water 2.2 min. 

2. Incubate sections with 3-4 drops of RTU hematoxylin solution for 1-2 minutes. Rinse in distilled water. Incubate sections with 3-4 drops of RTU bluing solution for 1 minute. 

3. Dehydrate through75% ethanol for 2 min, 95% ethanol for 2 min, and 100% ethanol for 2x3min. Clear in xylene for 2.5min. 

4. Coverslip with mounting medium.
