Ready-to-use, pre-optimized kit for thermal DNA amplification. The kit contains everything needed for DNA amplification experiments. To accommodate different experimental requirements, we offer a choice of two DNA polymerases (200 units): Tsg, Tsg Plus. Other components of the kit include: dNTPs, 10X reaction buffer, and 25mM MgCl2 solution.
