2x PCR Taq Plus Mastermix 5.0 ml (200 PCR reactions)

Description	The PCR Taq Plus Mastermix is a ready-to-use mixture of high quality Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, deoxynucleotides, and reaction buffer in a 2X concentrate. It contains all the necessary reagents for amplification of DNA. To set up a PCR reaction, just add DNA template, primers and water. The enzyme mixture has both 3'-5' and 5'-3' exonuclease activity. Amplification with this polymerase generates a mixture of blunt ends and single base (A) 3’ overhang.

Application	PCR amplifications of long templates with high fidelity.
