Description: a small-molecule inhibitor of DNMT( DNA methyltransferases)
RG108 inhibits DNA methylation in human cancer cell lines without toxicity in vitro. It causes demethylation and reactivation of tumor suppressor genes. It enhances the efficiency of induced pluripotent stem cell generation.
