Inducible tet-on CRX lentivirus

CRX is a homeodomain transcription factor and one of the key regulator genes of photoreceptor formation. CRX play an important role in transdifferentiation of photoreceptor cells. This lentivirus expresses human Crx under the control of the Tet promoter.
