Inducible tet-on Nrl lentivirus

The basic motif-leucine zipper transcription factor NRL (neural retina leucine zipper) is essential for rod photoreceptor specification in the mammalian retina. This lentivirus expresses human Nrl under the control of the Tet promoter.
