RAR-related orphan receptor B (RORB) is a member of the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. Rorb has been shown to be involved in the differentiation of rod photoreceptor cells, Amacrine and horizontal interneurons and associated with bipolar disorder. This lentivirus expresses human RORB under the control of the Tet promoter.
