GM-96 total RNA purificaiton kit is designed for automated high-throughput isolation of total DNA from bacteria, viruses, animal tissues, cultured cells and various samples. The procedure processes suing both vacuum-driven transfer and centrifugation, and 9 to 30 ug of total RNA can be obtained from each well depending on sample types.
Application
Purified RNA is suitable for use in subsequent applications such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, differential display, cDNA synthesis and RNase protection assays.
